I have taken estroplus for about 12 years and am now 64. I decided not to buy it any longer and see if I really still needed it. I have been surprised at how weary I have felt in the intervening months when I have not taken it. I am in very good health and so decided to do this experiment. It was only when discussing how I felt with my daughter, who is a qualified dietician, that she pointed out the fact that I should go back onto my regular one a day.

Since starting again I have felt so much better. I really do think this product is very good and I shall continue to purchase it on a regular basis.
