All orders are despatched Monday – Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the next business day.
All UK orders that weigh less than 2.0Kg and have a value of £24 (inc VAT) or more are despatched absolutely free of charge via Second Class post.
1) UK STANDARD DELIVERY (up to 5 working days)
(We aim to deliver most of our products within 5 working days. Standard deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail's 2nd Class postal service.)
2) EUROPE - please allow up to 10 days for delivery
3) REST OF THE WORLD - please allow up to 20 days for delivery
We do aim to deliver all our products within the timelines above but there are sometimes occasions during times of heavy order volumes that despatching of orders may be subject to a short delay.
